Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Personio Foundation, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise), even if Personio Foundation has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
